Even when Make Ready LLC was just an idea, I thought of the coyote as the perfect symbol to represent it. The coyote is a powerful character in the animal world, and in many ways embodies all that the Make Ready lifestyle entails. He is a survivor, whose mantra would likely be “expect the unexpected,” and his adaptability is legendary. Coyote is a pack animal, but also capable of surviving on his own, in the face of whatever challenges his environment presents him with. He is tough, and sly, but also a trickster and a sage. He is a teacher, whose lessons aren’t always apparent at first, and so he demands that we stay sharp all the time.
